I offer speaking, facilitation (workshops &/or group work) and clinical consulting services to schools, organizations and communities who require additional expertise and support in the areas of wellbeing, mental health and suicide prevention/postvention.

Areas of focus:

  • Mental health literacy, awareness and support

  • Mental health and wellbeing - strategies and skills building

  • Trauma-specific awareness and support

  • Suicide prevention and postvention support

subcontracted Therapy services

I offer subcontracted Counselling & Psychotherapy services to schools, organizations and communities. These services are either offered in connection with clinical consulting or as a stand-alone service in times of enhanced operational or clinical need (such as increased demand, staff shortages, critical incidents or significant changes/ challenges).

Areas of focus:

  • Mental health counselling and case management

  • Employee assistance & staff wellbeing

  • Suicide postvention/ prevention

  • Grief & bereavement support
