Dorian is a multi-award nominated professional with over 12 years experience in the mental health, community work and medical care sectors. He has held multiple clinical positions in community and residential mental health services, which have provided him with a wealth of experience and knowledge:

  • Clinical Lead and Centre Coordinator for a regional headspace center in WA,

  • Clinical Team Lead for an innovative youth suicide prevention service in metro Perth, 

  • Counsellor/ Mental Health Professional in a tier 2 youth mental health service in metro Perth, 

  • Case Worker in a youth and juvenile justice program collocated with the WA Department of Justice,

  • Both paid and voluntary Medical Professional in the pre-hospital care sector in both metro and regional WA.

Dorian holds full professional registration as a Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA Reg. 28319) and is listed on the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists/ ARCAP. Dorian holds a valid working with children check through the WA Department of Communities (card no. 1396872) and has completed the following training and qualifications:

  • Certificate in L1 Schema Therapy (ISST Accredited),

  • Certificate in Suicide to Hope (S2H),

  • Certificate in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST),

  • Certificate in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for eating disorders,
