I feel inspired and honored to be doing this work. I am passionate about supporting people to navigate their inner and outer worlds, in alignment with who they truly are. I approach each therapeutic relationship with respect and see it as an opportunity to support the development of one’s innate ability to heal, discover and evolve. When we meet ourselves with true presence, it facilitates the unfolding of our deepest selves.

Professional EXPERIENCE

I am a multi-award nominated professional with over 12 years experience in the mental health, suicide prevention, justice, community work and medical care sectors. I have held the following positions, which have provided me with a wealth of clinical experience and professional development:

  • Clinical and Centre Coordinator for a regional headspace center in WA,

  • Clinical Team Lead for an innovative youth suicide prevention service in metro Perth, 

  • Counsellor/ Mental Health Professional in a tier 2 youth mental health service in metro Perth, 

  • Case Worker in a youth and juvenile justice program collocated with the WA Department of Justice,

  • Both paid and voluntary Medical Professional in the pre-hospital care sector in both metro and regional WA. 

Registration / education / training 

I hold full professional registration as a Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA Reg. 28319) and full professional membership with the Australian Community Workers Association (ACWA full member NOBR22607). I am listed on the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists/ ARCAP and hold a valid working with children check through the Department of Communities WA (card no. 1396872). I have completed qualifications and training and in the following areas:

  • L1 Certificate in Schema Therapy (ISST Accredited),

  • L1 & L2 Certificates in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing/ EMDR (EMDRAA Accredited),
